When one or more Sphinxes attack, The Ur-Sphinx's trigger mills each player and lets you cast one card each player milled that way. While that trigger is on the stack, Unexpectedly Absent with X=0 can put an opponent's nontoken nonland permanent on top of their library. If that card remains there until the attack trigger resolves, it is milled and can be cast without paying its mana cost.
