The Lady of Otaria - Intelligence

The Lady asks two deckbuilding questions at once: can you keep three Dwarves available to cast her, and can you put your own lands into the graveyard often enough to draw Dwarves at end steps?

The Lady of Otaria is a Gruul legendary Avatar from Dominaria United Commander with mana cost {3}{R}{G}, power 5, toughness 5, and Commander legality.

Tapping three untapped Dwarves is an alternative cost, not a cost reduction. Commander tax and other additional costs still have to be paid.

Summoning-sick Dwarves can be tapped to pay this alternative cost because the Dwarves are not activating their own tap abilities.

The Lady of Otaria is an Avatar, not naturally a Dwarf, so she does not count toward her own alternative cost without a type-changing effect.
