Trostani, Selesnya's Voice - Intelligence

Build one valuable creature token, copy it with populate, and use every creature entry to gain life before converting tokens or life into a win.

Trostani triggers when another creature you control enters. Trostani does not trigger from entering herself, and simultaneous creature entries create separate triggers.

The lifegain amount uses the entering creature's toughness as the trigger resolves, using last-known information if that creature has already left.

Trostani's populate ability costs {1}{G}{W} and tapping Trostani. Summoning sickness applies, haste can allow immediate activation, and untap effects can allow more activations.

Populate chooses a creature token controlled by the player as the ability resolves. Hexproof and shroud do not stop populate, and the chosen token is not locked in at activation.

Populate copies copiable values of a creature token. It does not copy counters, damage, tapped status, Auras, Equipment, or ordinary temporary buffs.

Token doublers modify the token event from populate. Each resulting creature token enters separately and can create its own Trostani lifegain trigger.

Make a large or ability-rich creature token with cards such as Phyrexian Processor, Armada Wurm, Grove of the Guardian, or Ghalta and Mavren, then populate that token.

Use March of the Multitudes, Avenger of Zendikar, Storm Herd, and Hornet Queen to build many bodies before converting them with overrun effects.

Turn every creature entry into life, then convert that life through counters, draw, or alternate-win cards.
