Moat is a collector and condition check before it is a normal Commander buy. Most players will test cheaper effects first.

Sram is a cleaner test if the build uses cheap Auras rather than only pillowfort enchantments.

Propaganda is a reasonable player card if the list wants time to set up flying and Aura engines.
