Publication Threshold
A research report needs a clear question, measurement period, source list, evidence grading, counterarguments, rejected candidates, limitations, reviewer record, metadata, and internal links.
No research report publishes automatically. If the evidence is incomplete, the framework can exist while the report remains unpublished.
Accountability
Research should show what changed, which cards or versions were affected, why the move is believable or hard to trust, and what to check next.
Unsupported causality, fake historical values, and broad page generation do not meet the publication standard.
